1-Year Frame Warranty

If your frame becomes defective within the first year of purchase despite being used as suggested, we will replace or repair your frame for free.

1-Year Lens Guarantee

If your vision changes within the first year of purchase, we will change the lenses for free.
*Changing prescription lenses will require a new prescription.

1-Year Frame Damage Warranty

If your frame is accidentally broken within the first year of purchase, we will cover half the cost to replace it with a new frame of the same model.
*Excludes damage due to natural disaster.

Lifetime Maintenance Guarantee

Adjustments and replacements of expendable parts such as screws, threads, and nose pads(exceptions apply) will always be free in both locations.
